Equipped with an LCD intelligent PID temperature controller, it supports long-term timing and features triple alarms for overtemperature, probe failure, and timing. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with a plastic spray coating, while the inner liner is stainless steel. It operates on a 220V 50Hz power supply and comes standard with two shelves.
